WVSA Connie L. Rogers Memorial Scholarship
West Virginia Soccer Association is making available the WVSA Connie L. Rogers Memorial Scholarship to assist college bound candidates with the cost of higher education.
Established by West Virginia Soccer Association (WVSA) in 2018, the scholarship was created to honor the many facets of Connie L. Rogers’s relationship with youth soccer I West Virginia. Connie, the wife of WVSA President Len Rogers, was a huge behind the scenes supporter of soccer in the state of West Virginia.
