2012-13 ODP Season
WV ODP Registration Available
Click Here for the link to register for ODP Tryouts. All players wishing to play ODP MUST use the on-line registration link. To complete the registration process you will be asked to print out the Player Information & Medical Release Form and the Code of Conduct Form. Please make sure you are at a computer attached to a printer before you begin the registration process. Once you are registered, please mail in the Player Info and Med Rel Form, Code of Conduct, clear copy of your Insurance Card - both sides, and a copy of your birth certificate (if you are a new player. The registration system will also print out your 'completed registration' form - DO NOT mail this in - it is for your records only. All players must attend their respective birth year tryouts. Only the youngest age group is a combined group (2000&2001). If you can not make the scheduled tryout please email odp@wvsoccer.net with your excuse for missing and let us know that you will be attending the next listed training session. Players should dress appropriately for outdoor weather. Directions to the field are posted under 'ODP Directions' (can be found on the left-hand side of the home page) and the field surface is turf. Please bring a ball with your name clearly marked on it, water, and all training gear that you will need for an outdoor training session.
