The following changes were approved at the August 20, 2007 Board of Directors meeting.
1. Open Cup Housing - we will not use cetified travel for the 2008 WVSA Open Cup. Every team can now fend for themselves in obtaining housing at the Open Cup in Barboursville on May 31-June 1st.
2. U11/U12 Play - all U11/U12 play at the 2008 WVSA Open will be 8 v 8. This is in all divisions - Travel, All-Star Recreational and Recreational.
Please pass this information to all your clubs and teams.
