The Wheeling Area Soccer Association (WASA) is sponsoring a Referee Recertification Class on February 11th The Wheeling Area Soccer Association (WASA) is sponsoring a Referee Recertification Class on February 11th starting at 12 Noon so plan to arrive by 11:45. There will be a test following the training that will make the completion time
