Portable Goal Fatality; Houston Chronicle
Attached is an article concerning a fatality involving an unsecured soccer goal in Houston, Texas on June 14, 2005.
While it does not appear that is involves any US Youth Soccer State Association, it certainly reinforces the requirement by all states and their member clubs to implement appropriate policies and procedures to ensure that
portable goals are secured before all soccer activities.
