2025 Preliminary weekend is April 12-13, place TBD
2025 State/Presidents Cup Finals weekend will be held May 3-4, 2025 at Paul Cline Complex in Beckley, WV.
Eastern Regional NCS is June 28- July 3, 2025 in Loudoun, Va. (See below detail information on event.)
National Championships is July 22-27, 2025 in Orlando, FL

There will be NO LATE ENTRIES.
Everyone needs to be prepared to play at preliminaries until the official list is sent out.
State/Presidents Cup Entry Fee is $450 plus referee fees. Those advancing to Regional NCS will pay 12U $1,000 and 13U and up will pay $1400. Those advancing to Regional Presidents Cup will pay 12U $925 and 13u and up will pay $1175.
Public Schedule and Results for Finals Weekend Schedule
Referee Fees for all games will be:
12U $65 per game per team
13/14U $75 per game per team
15U and up $102.50 per game per team
Last day to withdraw with refund March 25th
Roster Continuity Seeding (2024 1st and 2nd place teams) Roster Deadline is April 1st.
Roster Continuity is maintained by having 66% of your roster from last year. Those teams who were Champions or Finalist last year and maintain roster continuity will receive the #1 or #2 seed in your bracket. If you do not meet continuity, then you will put in the draw for seeding.
Preliminary Teams rosters freeze April 5th.
Teams with no preliminary matches rosters freeze April 19th.

Event Dates:
Friday, June 27th—Team check in at HQ hotel. (One person can check in team or multiple teams if they have player/coaches passes in their possession).
Saturday, June 28th Group play Day 1.
Sunday, June 29th Group play Day 2.
Monday, June 30th Group play Day 3.
Tuesday, July 1st Rest Day for all Age Groups (we will use this day if necessary for weather related issues, emergencies, etc.).
Wednesday, July 2nd Semi Finals.
Thursday, July 3rd Finals.
NOTE: There will be a maximum of 16 teams in each age group/gender for 2025.
