– Rule 3.10 SECTION CHANGES (UPDATED 1/28/19)
Here’s a statement from WVSA Executive Director Dave Laraba in regard to the changes of Rule 3.10:
“I would like to clarify that the open transfer period is not an open tryout. No club may allow or invite any player that is registered with another club to train or attend any club event until the player is released and transferred.
The rule also states that you may inform players / parents of the transfer window but it is still not allowed to directly ask players to leave their present club. Please contact me with any questions.
Please take steps to insure your club staff, coaches, managers, administrators and all others comply with this rule.”
