2026 Cup Dates:
2026 Preliminary weekend is April 18-19, 2026, place TBD.
2026 State/Presidents Cup Finals weekend will be held May 2-3, 2026, at Paul Cline Complex in Beckley, WV.
NCS – No regional event.
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS:
July 13-20 – U16, U17, U18/19 (Note this is now combined)
July 16-23 – U13-U15
Boys: Salt Lake City and Provo, Utah
Girls: Murfreesboro and Smyrna, Tennessee
PRESIDENTS CUP:
National Qualifier: Mid-Atlantic – June 11-14, 2026, in Louden, VA
Nationals: July 7-11, 2026, at Stryker Sports Complex in Wichita, KS
Finals Weekend Matches (scores will be posted throughout event)

There will be NO LATE ENTRIES.
Everyone needs to be prepared to play at preliminaries until the official list is sent out.
ENTRY FEES:
State/Presidents Cup Entry Fee is $450 plus referee fees.
Those teams advancing to National NCS will pay $2,600 payable at the end of State Cup.
Those teams advancing to Regional Presidents Cup will pay $1,500 payable at the end of State Cup.
U12 Regional Competition: June 27-28, 2026, in Bob Lucido Fields at Covenant Park 4560 Centennial Lane, Ellicott City, MD.
Those teams advancing will pay $900 payable at the end of State Cup.
Public Schedule and Results for (coming in 2026)
Referee Fees for all games will be:
U12 – $65 per game per team
U13/14 – $75 per game per team
U15 and up – $102.50 per game per team
IMPORTANT DATES:
March 15, 2026 – Registration deadline
March 20, 2026 – Last day to withdraw with refund (email to beth@wvsoccer.net must be received by 11:59 pm on 3/20/26)
March 21, 2026 – Roster Continuity Seeding (2025 1st and 2nd place teams)
- Roster Continuity is maintained by having 66% of your roster from last year. Those teams who were Champions or Finalists last year and maintain roster continuity will receive the #1 or #2 seed in your bracket. If you do not meet continuity, then you will be put in the draw for seeding.
April 3, 2026 (5pm) – Preliminary teams rosters freeze
April 17, 2026 (5pm) – Team rosters with no preliminary matches freeze.
